Our services may involve third-party platforms, applications, software, hosting providers, communication tools, scheduling platforms, payment processors, AI technologies, or other services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.

AI and Automated Technologies

Certain Assists Up services may involve artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or AI-powered tools.

AI-generated or automated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. AI tools should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate human review, professional judgment, or verification where such review is necessary.

Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs where appropriate before relying on them for business, legal, financial, operational, or other consequential purposes.

Where AI services are provided on behalf of a client, additional requirements concerning data processing, confidentiality, permitted use, and security may be established in the applicable client agreement.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assists Up and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Client-specific termination rights, notice periods, fees, and obligations will generally be governed by the applicable client agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website after updated Terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be governed by the laws specified in the applicable client agreement or, where no separate agreement applies, the laws applicable to Assists Up's principal place of business, subject to applicable law.

Where appropriate, the parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing formal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from exercising rights or seeking remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

19

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
